Evil Landscaper is a villain. He has orange hair, a beard, a hat, and holds a rake.
His first appearance was in the episode "New Jacket Required". When Olympia and Otis tried to find which room Mr. Lightning lives on, they later found out that he moved in with Evil Landscaper.
He also appeared in "Villains Always Win". He was one of the contestants on the game show along with The Utensiler and Agent Olympia.
