Happy Halfiversary is the A-plot of the 9th episode of Season 2 of Odd Squad.
Synopsis[]
Olympia and Otis celebrate an important milestone in their partnership.

Plot[]
The episode begins with Otis helping a man into the main headquarters who has a case of the backwards. Once Otis has helped him up the slide, he walks over to his desk, where he finds a gift box waiting for him before Oona pops up and blows a party whistle at him.
Oona explains that today marks the day six months ago or "Halfiversary" that Olympia and Otis first became partners, hence the gift Olympia left for Otis. Otis doesn't have anything to give Olympia, so he has to search for one before Olympia finds out. Oona sifts through Olympia's desk looking for gift ideas, when she finds a catalog of villain autographs. The only villain without an autograph is Mr. Lightning. So, Otis runs off to get his signature. Olympia walks in and asks Oona if she's seen Otis. Oona, distracting her, tells Olympia something very odd has happened: Her hand is evil; and she illustrates this by ripping off one of Olympia's suit sleeves. Her "evil hand" then forces her out of the room, away from Olympia.
Now outside, Otis finds Mr. Lightning walking out of a hair salon and tells him to stop. Mr. Lightning mistakenly assumes that Otis trying to apprehend him so he breaks for it. Mr. Lightning eventually reaches a dead end and prepares to zap Otis, but he exclaims he only wants to get his autograph for Olympia's collection. Mr. Lightning is entirely happy to oblige, and signs the book for her Halfiversary gift.
Otis returns back to headquarters with his partner's gift in tow. When asked where Olympia is, Oona tells Otis she opened a time vortex to distract her. Suddenly, Ms. O appears congratulating Otis on reaching his "31stiversary." Confused, Otis asks Oona why she didn't mention this earlier. Oona claims she did, flashbacking to her and Otis awkwardly eyeing each other in total silence. Now, he has to obtain another gift for Olympia as a reward for reaching the end of the month. Because Olympia loves history, Otis runs off again to go get an original Odd Squad badge from Ms. O's old partner O'Donahue.
Somewhere else, O'Donahue is gifting the sacred Tundra Gems to the Frost Troll Queen for a peace agreement. Then, Otis exits the tubes from a tree, interrupting the formal occasion. Angered that O'Donahue didn't come alone, the Queen summons snowballs to pelt the two. Otis pleadingly says he just needs an old Odd Squad badge for his 31stiversary gift. The Troll Queen hearing this, ceases her snowball barrage, claiming that her people also celebrate 31stiversaries. O'Donahue gives Otis his old badge and then leaves.
Otis returns to headquarters, relieved he has Olympia's gifts. While Olympia is distracted with three time vortexes Ms. O and Oona opened, Ms. O mentions Otis still needs a "Friday Felebration" gift to commemorate it being Friday, of course. Exasperated, Otis asks again why the two forgot to mention it. Another flashback occurs with Oona, Ms. O, and Otis awkwardly eyeing each other in total silence.
Olympia then jumps in, excitedly to see what Otis got for their Halfiversary, 31stiversary, and Friday Felebration. Without hesitation, she opens her autograph of Mr. Lightning and O'Donahue's old badge, elated by both of them. Otis pulls out his Odd Squad handbook to explain why he didn't know about the Friday Felebration. Olympia, seeing he has the book in mint-condition, thinks that it is the Friday Felebration gift, and thanks Otis for it. Olympia then excitedly tells Otis to open his presents. What he got was: socks, a rock, and a t-shirt with the number one drawn on it, all the same gifts he first offered to give Olympia. Otis cries tears of joy at the gifts, affirming that Olympia knows him so well.

- This marks a milestone in how long Olympia and Otis have been partners.
- The evil copy machines make their first appearance in this episode, with their second appearance in Friends of Odd Squad. It and the evil blender are similar in theme to the Daleks from Doctor Who.
