Kooky the Clown

Kooky the Clown, as played by Agent Olive.

Kooky the Clown is a villain who wants to destroy Odd Squad so that the world would be more kooky. Agent Olive went undercover as Kooky the Clown in the episode "Undercover Olive", and Kooky also appeared in "Oscar of All Trades" as one of the villains who broke in the Odd Squad headquarters. Kooky was also one of the villains pictured in Todd's rehab center in "Odds and Ends."
