- In this episode, Olympia says that she is in running for winning the "Jump the Shark Award". The phrase "Jump the Shark" derives from a scene in an episode of the 1970s sitcom Happy Days in which the character Fonzie jumps over a shark while on water-skis. Today, the phrase is used to describe a moment when something that was once popular but has grown less and makes a desperate attempt to keep viewers' interest. Odd Squad was most likely in the same predicament, which forced OddTube to be created.
