Odelia is a scientist who runs another Odd Squad Lab. She loves practical jokes. She and Oscar once did a lab director exchange. She is also seen in "Oscar Strikes Back" and almost tricked Oscar into believing that she was breaking the mind control on herself.
She is portrayed by actress Brenna Russell.
